Öğretmenlerin Okula Bağlılığı Isparta Örneği

The aim of this study is to determine the level of commitment of teachers working at various levels in Isparta to their schools and to examine these levels according to different variables. In this context, whether teachers' level of commitment to school differ according to variables such as gender, loving teaching, satisfaction with being a teacher, seniority, level and duration of work at their schools. It has been examined. The research group consisted of 380 teachers working at various levels in Isparta city center and districts in the 2019-2020 academic year. 62 of these teachers work in kindergarten, 143 in primary school, 100 in middle school and 75 in high school. The data of the research were obtained by using the "Organizational Commitment Scale for Teachers". The organizational commitment scale used for the research is unidimensional and consists of 17 items. Frequency, mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used in the analysis of the collected data. The data in the study were evaluated in the SPSS 22 statistical analysis program. The findings of the study are as follows: Teachers' commitment to school is significant according to gender, loving the profession, satisfaction with being a teacher, satisfaction with working at their own schools and the school level they work at the difference has been determined. There was no significant difference in terms of the seniority of teachers and their working time at their schools.
